These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PracticePoint ("PracticePoint", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, practice materials, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free and Paid Access

PracticePoint offers a limited set of practice questions free of charge. Full access to our question bank, and any additional features we make available to paid accounts, is reserved for accounts with an active paid plan. The scope of free and paid access may change over time and is described on our Pricing page.

5. Payments

PracticePoint does not process card payments or store any payment card details. To upgrade to a paid account, you send payment directly via bank transfer or mobile financial services (such as bKash or Nagad) using the details we provide, and submit your transaction reference to us for manual verification. Paid access is activated once we confirm your payment, and is valid for 30 days from the date of approval unless stated otherwise.

Because payments are verified manually, activation is not instant. If you believe your payment has not been correctly applied to your account, contact us at [your support email].

6. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [your support email] if you believe you're entitled to a refund, and we'll respond as promptly as we can.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your account with others in a way that circumvents our paid access model; scrape, copy, or redistribute our practice materials; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All practice questions, text, graphics, and other content made available through the Service are owned by PracticePoint or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use this content for your own personal exam preparation only.

9. No Guarantee of Exam Results

PracticePoint is an independent practice resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pearson PTE or any official exam body. Practicing on PracticePoint does not guarantee any particular score or outcome on the actual PTE exam.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and request deletion of your account, at any time by contacting us at [your support email].

11. Service "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
